Epic Heist
Epic Heist is a stealth-focused hypercasual game where players break into homes, collect valuables, and escape before security systems or guards catch them. Built in Unity, the project focused on simple but satisfying stealth mechanics, short session gameplay loops, and progression systems that reward successful heists.
Problem
Hypercasual stealth games need clear player feedback and quick gameplay loops to remain engaging. The challenge was creating a system that supports stealth interactions such as noise detection, guard patrols, and security systems while keeping controls intuitive and sessions short.
Constraints
- Full gameplay implementation in Unity based on a predefined design document
- Gameplay needed to remain readable and responsive on mobile devices
- Levels had to introduce new mechanics progressively without overwhelming players
- Short session design required immediate feedback and fast progression loops
